Irving A. Sosa

Xhibit Pros is lead by Irving A. Sosa, a young and passionate man who is also the President and lead exhibit tech. Irving Sosa is a well rounded administrator with twelve years experience in the management field.

Prior to entering the tradeshow and convention industry five years ago, Irving honed his business entreprenuerial talents managing operations for some of our countries top Fortune 500 corporations.

Starting in 1988 when he joined United Parcel Service (UPS) and in just two months entered their management staff. He then spent the next seven years supervising day to day operations, which included a staff of 90 who unloaded, sorted and loaded 22,000 packages a day all before 8 am.

In 1995 he moved on to CompUSA where he served as warehouse manager for the next three years. He was fully responsible for day to day operations which included shipping & receiving, order picking, and billing. Irvings production efficiency raised the bar by increasing order shipping from 75k to 125k a day and 72 million a year.

He was highly sought after and drafted in 1998 by Best Buy electronics where he administrated as inventory manager and assistant General manager for two years all the while introducing himself part-time to the tradeshow & convention industry.

After two years at BBY Irvings left to pursue other opportunities. His entreprenuerial drive quickly landed him as operations manager and exhibit tech with an independent and talented I&D house where he served successfully for the last three years.

Now as head of Xhibit Pros he brings the full compliment of his 12 yrs of mgmt experience and a level of excellence and determination to be the best not often seen in this industry.

Irvings ultimate goal is to drive Xhibit Pros on a path to deliver Corporate level, Customer centric, Personalized I&D service Nationwide.
